We had a successful trip to Seattle & have loaded the supplies in a container and they should be sailing North by now.

On the way were able to pick up a good deal on a new kicker for the halibut boat.  Those of you that haven’t been out fishing with me may not fully appreciate the significance of this.  This development means a little less adventure and a little more comfort in security.

Divide & Conquer was our Motto on Saturday.  Much thanks to all who participated.

  • Ed & Gary were building boats
  • Joe & Sam were driving to Grangeville to retrieve trailer for us to haul our freight to Seattle
  • Trent was writing our policy & procedures manual
  • Tracy, Luke, Hannah, Nathaniel, Jacob, Elise & Erika were slaving away precooking lasagnas, spaghetti sauce, sausage and cracking & packaging the eggs
  • Mark was building crates to package this years supplies.
  • Riley was entertaining Addie

After the cooking was done (in record time this year) and Joe arrived with the trailer we were able to pitch in and load this years freight on the truck & trailer.  We were all complete by 3pm.

Ready for the Road to Seattle!

Much thanks to Chuck for use of the trailer.

Gary & Ed are doing a fantastic job on the boats.  The first one is about done & they will be starting on the second one today.  They look just about like our model.

Ed & Gary building away.

This is our master boat builder Gary Mosier of Snake River Jets.
